We can get involved at the start of a concept and help the team walk through whether specific mechanics will work or not, and sometimes we are called when a promotion is about to launch but there are no terms in place.

We can provide terms and conditions from scratch or we can review terms you supply.

We can review your user journey and all communications to entrants and winners, including timeframes for promotional activities, opt-in statements, and data journey.

We can review the onpack artwork or the calls to action to minimise the small print as far as possible.

We can judge competitions, or set up judging briefs for clients to use, and we can select winners at random. We can supply ranges of unique codes or winning moments for use in instant wins.
Hosting
We can host terms and conditions on our purpose-built website so yours doesn’t get clogged up. We can also hold and supply winner lists on receipt of requests.
Privacy policies
We can provide privacy advice and policies to clients who will be collecting personal data but have not got a privacy policy or whose privacy policy is not compliant. We can provide processing agreements
