We have extensive knowledge of the broad mechanics and restrictions applicable to many jurisdictions at a top-line level, and we also help clients run promotions across different jurisdictions.
We have a network of lawyers and advisers in European countries, the middle East, Africa and central America.
We work with the local advisers to ensure the terms are signed-off legally in the relevant local jurisdictions, collating client goals and local legal requirements into local law compliant terms and conditions.
